System requirements for Webex services
Learn more about the applications that are supported in order to be able to use Webex services more effectively. The system requirements are listed below for the Webex App, Webex Calling app, and Control Hub in order to ensure that these applications run on the supported platforms.
To make sure your computer, mobile device, or web browser is compatible with the Webex App, you should review these system requirements.
As a reminder, we do not encourage the use of Webex App with any pre-release or early release programs, such as the Apple Beta Software program, Windows Insider Program, Google Android Beta program, or any other program that you may have heard of.
Besides Webex App performance, other factors could also affect its performance, such as your device’s network connectivity, or other applications currently installed on it.
As part of the continuous review process, these requirements may be revised at any time.

Minimum system requirements for Windows PCs are listed below

In case you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge for Windows, Mac, or Linux based computers, you should make sure you have downloaded the last two major releases for each browser.
Only Firefox, Chrome, and Safari are compatible with the Webex App for Web and have access to the meetings and free calling features (Call on Webex) of the app.

Chromebook
In the Webex App for Android, you will be able to use all the messaging, conferencing, and meetings features.

Linux recommends minimum system requirements

Core requirements: It is recommended that you use a processor from AMD or Intel with a dual core clock speed of 2.XXGHz (4 GB of RAM minimum).

Display Protocols: In addition to X11, Wayland is also supported.

Desktop environment/Window Manager: We recommend using GNOME/Mutter and KDE/KWin as your desktop environments.

If you would like to access Control Hub on your desktop computer, we recommend you use either Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox if you have not done so already. It is possible that the results will be different in other browsers.
There is no support for Internet Explorer in Control Hub.
Getting Webex Meeting sites configured in Control Hub may be difficult with Safari browsers and may cause some problems when trying to use them. The best way to avoid these problems is to use Google Chrome on your computer.
Mobile devices are not supported by the Control Hub.
As of Control Hub 79.0.309.71 (Official build) (64-bit) as well as later versions of Microsoft Edge are supported.
