Technical previews in Zoom App
Overview
We’ll introduce new Zoom features and other offerings as a technical preview within the first 30 days when we’re explicitly looking for customer feedback. We are hoping to gather feedback from our customers regarding how they are using our products and features during this time.
Our customers are encouraged to enable Feedback to Zoom on their accounts in order to submit feedback. The Zoom client allows customers to submit feedback directly by navigating to their Settings and clicking Feedback.
Does a technical preview mean the product or feature isn’t ready?
No. During the first 30 days after a Zoom product or feature is introduced, the company may announce it as a technical preview in order to solicit feedback from customers.
