Terminate Live Meetings from the Cisco Webex Cloud Connected Audio Portal
Before you begin
To be able to put a stop to meetings within the Webex CCA portal, you need to have read and write access to the Partner Fraud folder. Partners who just have read-only access to the Fraud Management system are able to search for and view the meetings, but they are unable to cancel them.
1 After successfully logging in, navigate to the Fraud Management section of the Webex CCA Portal.
2 To look for a meeting, use the search box at the top of the page. You are able to search for a meeting by using either the callback number that Webex phoned for a participant or the dial-in access number that the meeting used.
3 Choose the meeting that you wish to end and then select End Meeting from the drop-down menu.
Before ending any meeting, Cisco does not conduct a post-mortem analysis of the event. Partners are completely responsible for terminating meetings, and they should proceed with extreme caution if they choose to do so.
4 After providing an explanation, take the option to end the meeting that you’re now attending.
As a consequence, the Meeting Termination Log will now include the meetings that you canceled.
