Test Advance Releases of Cisco Headset 730 Firmware in webex

Through the Cisco Headsets app, you can be the first to know about upcoming firmware updates for the Cisco Headset 730.

Cisco Headset 730 is constantly being improved and enhanced as part of our ongoing commitment to excellence. In the Cisco Headset app, users can test new headsets and provide feedback before they are released to the general public in the beta version. In case you want to use the regular firmware version again in the future, you can do so at any time. You can review the release notes for the beta firmware by clicking here.

Generally, beta releases aren’t tested to the fullest extent and may contain issues which we plan to correct in the future. In response to customer feedback, we improve and implement fixes as necessary.

  1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the Cisco Headsets app.
  2. You can select Beta Test from the Settings menu > Device Info
  3. Click on Beta Firmware and then select Confirm. When you use the Cisco Headsets app, you will be prompted automatically to update your headset to the latest beta version.
