The iPhone / iPad Join Link is Missing from Email Invitations- Webex

The link to join using an iPhone or iPad is not included in the email invitations.
The email invitation does not provide the URL that is required to join a meeting using an iPhone.
In the email invitation, I can’t seem to locate the link that will allow me to join the meeting using my iPhone.
Cause:
It’s possible that this is due to the following factors:
- It’s possible that the site’s email templates have been altered in some way.
- The option to join with an iPhone is disabled in the Site Administration panel.
Solution:

Follow the steps below to edit your email templates:
Site Administration
Regarding the Webex site that the Site Administrator manages.
- Please ensure that you are logged in to your Site Administration page. (Example: https://SITENAME.webex.com/admin.php)
- To access the email templates, navigate to Configuration > Email > Email Templates in the panel on the left.
- Choose Webex Meeting from the drop-down menu located in the Existing Email Templates for section.
Note: If your website is solely set up to use Webex Meetings, the drop-down menu labeled Existing Email Templates for will not be displayed. - To make changes to a template, select it by clicking on its name.
- Include the following variable in the structure of your emails:
%iPhoneJoinMeetingDesc% (You need to make sure to type the variable precisely as it appears, including the % sign and the capitalization.) - To confirm the changes, make sure to click the Save button.
Follow the procedures below to verify whether or not support for the iPhone has been enabled:
- Please ensure that you are logged in to your Site Administration page. (Example: https://SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
- To access the options menu, navigate to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options in the panel on the left.
- Scroll down until you reach the section labeled “Mobile Support,” and then check to see if the boxes labeled “Web access” and “iOS” are checked.

Control Hub
pertaining to the Control Hub-managed Webex site.
- Enter your credentials to access the Control Hub page. (admin.webex.com).
- To access the Meeting part of the Services menu, use the left-hand navigation panel.
- After selecting Site Name with your mouse, select Configure Site from the sliding pop-up that appears.
- In the Common Settings section, select Email Template from the menu.
- Choose Webex Meeting from the drop-down menu of the email templates that are already in use.
Note: If your website is solely set up to use Webex Meetings, the drop-down menu labeled Existing Email Templates for will not be displayed. - To make changes to a template, select it by clicking on its name.
