The ‘Number Telephony Calls’ and ‘Number of Click-to-Call Calls’ fields are not Populating Data in the Org Admin Report in Webex
There seems to be a problem with the fields ‘Number of Telephony Calls’ and ‘Number of Click-to-Call Calls’ in the ORG Admin report not populating with any data at all.
The ORG Admin report is missing some fields that should be present.
Organizer Administrator’s generated User Activity Report does not contain the data that is supposed to be there.
The fields here are not populated with data when the Organization Admin Tool generates reports on User Activity, such as the Number of Telephony Calls and Number of Click-to-Call Calls fields.
