The Other Teleconference Option is not Available when Scheduling a Meeting in webex
If you are setting up a teleconference, you will not be able to select the Other teleconference option.
During the scheduling process, it is not possible to select Other teleconference as an option.
In the process of scheduling a meeting, I do not have the option to choose Another Teleconference.
There is not an option when scheduling a meeting for me to enter information regarding a third party teleconference.
In scheduling an event, you will see the Other teleconference option greyed out.
Solution:
A Webex Site Administrator will be able to assist you with this issue.
Due to the following reasons, the Other Teleconference option might not be available to you:

It appears that the host account does not have access to the Other Teleconferencing service.

All sessions can be recorded automatically using the Network-Based Recording option when enabled in the usage settings.
For the option of disabling automatic recording, follow these steps:
Site Administration
For Site Administration:

Go to the Administration page of your Webex account and log in. You can find an example at https://SITENAME.webex.com/admin.php.

On the left side of the screen, you will see the Configuration link.

In the Configuration section, you will find the following:

If you are holding a Webex meeting, please follow these instructions:

If Network Based Recordings are selected, uncheck Automated recording of all Webex meetings.

Event details for Webex: Click Webex Events > Options, then uncheck Use Network-Based Recording for automatic recording of sessions.

To update, scroll down and click the Update button.
Note: It will automatically disable the Collaboration Meeting Room feature when the meeting is scheduled with another teleconference service.
Control Hub
For Control Hub:

Go to the Administration page of the Control Hub. Accessible at https://admin.webex.com

You can find Meetings under the Services menu on the left.

You can configure any site you choose.

Click Configure site in the right-hand pop-up window.

Meetings via Webex: You can uncheck Automate all sessions by using Network Based Recording under Webex Meetings Site Options.

Event details for Webex: Click on Webex Events, then select Network Based Recording. After doing so, uncheck Automatically record all sessions with Network Based Recording.

To update, scroll down and click the Update button.
Note: Collaboration Meeting Room will be automatically disabled when a meeting with Other teleconference service is scheduled.
