The Out of Office status is not getting updated in Webex.
The incorrect In or Out of Office status is displayed in the Webex App.
The Out of Office state in Microsoft Outlook is not in sync with my Webex status.
You can open Outlook’s File menu by clicking the File button.
Go to Automatic Replies and click on it.
Click OK after enabling Send automatic replies.
Select Out of Office from the Tools menu.
Click OK after you have entered your Auto-Reply Settings.
In spite of the Automatic Replies (Out of Office) setting in Microsoft Outlook reflecting the ‘Do send automatic replies’ setting, the Webex app shows the ‘Out of Office’ status.
To resolve the Out of Office status issue:
Access Outlook Web App at https://outlook.office365.com/owa
