The procedure of assigning a zoom license. 

When you already have purchased the new license from the billing page or the sales team, you would require to assign it to any of the users. Further, you can look for purchasing additional licenses on the billing page. 

 

Preconditions for assigning zoom license. 

 

• You should need the zoom admin or owner’s consent of your account. 
• Should possess the unassigned licenses. 

 

Remember, before the zoom user would have a large webinar, meeting, or a user license, one would require to get licensed. 

 

Stepwise instructions. 

 

Remember, These zoom events license wound encompasses every capability that a webinar license consists of. At the time of adding the event’s license for the user who would have a webinar license, then the user would revoke the previously assigned zoom webinar license. 

 

Step 1. You at first sign in to the Zoom web portal. 

Step 2. Then, further, tap on the user management followed by the users. 

Step 3. Situate or find the user who would desire to assign the license. 

Step 4. At first, tap on the edit option consisting of the end option of the zoom user row. Once you have that, you would require to open the window. 

Step 5. Select the license type. 

Step 6. Post selecting the license type, you would have to look from the drop-down options. From there tap on the license. 

Step 7. The step is optional. First, you have to assign on the add ons thereby verifying the boxes for the add-on. If for the large webinar, meeting, or zoom event licenses, you have to select the radio button from the license size, in case it is not automatically selected.
