The Title of a Webex Space Changes when Users Leave the Space in the Webex App
When a user leaves a Webex space in the Webex app, the title of that space changes to reflect the new location.
As soon as a user leaves a Webex space, the title of the space changes to ‘Decrypted Title’.
There was an error leaving the Webex space.
Cause:
When you convert a Webex trial subscription to a paid subscription, the issue occurs due to a certificate mismatch when the certificates are compared.
Solution:
To resolve this issue:

Click on the Webex icon.
For Windows:

Under your profile picture, click on the Settings button. On the General tab, make sure the Start Webex when my computer turns on checkbox is not checked.
For Mac:

You can turn off Webex when my computer starts automatically by clicking the Webex menu item in the Apple menu bar.

The Webex app should be uninstalled.

It is recommended that you restart your computer.

It may be necessary to reinstall the Webex app and try logging in again.
Note: The moderator must demand that everyone leaving the Webex space or removing them from it, if there are any other users present in the Webex space.
