To resolve the issue:
- Check to see that the Productivity Tools program is installed on your computer. Install and Set Up Webex Productivity Tools for Windows is the page you should visit if you need assistance downloading and implementing the Productivity Tools.
- If the Webex Integration Add-in is disabled or inactive, you must either enable it or initiate it. To enable or initiate the Webex Integration Add-in, the following steps need to be taken:

- Launch Microsoft Outlook, go to the File option, and then select Options from the menu.
- To add add-ons, select the Add-ins option.
- In the Add-ins window, look to see if the Webex Integration Add-in is listed under Inactive Application Add-ins or Disabled Application Add-ins. If it is, choose one of the following options to fix the problem:

- In the event that it is listed under Inactive Application Add-ins, choose COM Add-ins from the drop-down menu labeled Manage, then click the Go button.
- In the event that it is listed under Disabled Application Add-ins, choose Disabled Items from the Manage drop-down menu, and then click the Go button.

- Close and reopen Microsoft Outlook.
