Track Participant Attention in Cisco Webex Training
Track Participant Attention
During the training session that you are leading, it will be very obvious to you if the attendees’ attention has strayed from the presentation that you are giving. The attention indicator indicates whether or not a participant has:
- reduced the time window for the training session
- Put the focus on another window, such as an instant message (IM) window or any other window, on top of the window that displayed the training session.
You can verify these things if you want to:
Overall attentiveness
The portion of the bar graph on the left of the image represents the proportion of attendees who are paying attention, while the portion on the right of the image represents the percentage of attendees who are not paying attention.
Individual attentiveness
A question mark will appear next to the name of a participant in the event if it is determined that they are not paying attention.
After a training session has concluded, navigate to My Webex > My Reports > Webex Training > Live Training Usage Report in order to gather information regarding the attentiveness levels of individual users. The following information pertaining to each attendance is included in a report:
- The ratio of attentiveness to attendance measures how attentive an attendee was relative to how long they were present at the training session.
- The ratio of attentiveness to the length of the training session is referred to as the attention-to-duration ratio.
