Track Participant Attention in Webex Events (Classic)
You are able to learn which attendees are paying attention to your events. If you find that the majority of attendees aren’t paying attention, you can adjust the format of the event so that it is more interesting to them.
Track Participant Attention
During the course of your event, it will be very obvious to you if the participants’ attention has strayed from the presentation that you are giving. The attention indicator lets attendees know whether or not they have reduced the event window or brought another window in front of it.
You are able to make reports once an event has concluded in order to acquire data about individual attentiveness. The following information pertaining to each attendance is included in a report:
- The ratio of attentiveness to attendance measures how attentive a person is relative to how long they have been present at an event.
- The attention-to-duration ratio measures a person’s attentiveness relative to the length of an event.
When the host and the panelists are participating in a practice session, the attentiveness indicator will not be available.
Turn On or Turn Off Attention Tracking
Please get in touch with the administrator of your site if the option to track attention is not available.
