Transfer a Call to Another Person from Your Phone in webex
As long as the other party doesn’t answer the call immediately after transferring a call, you can remain on the original call. If you talk to the other person privately before removing yourself from the call, you will have the opportunity to have a private conversation. In case you do not want to speak with the other person, then you should transfer the call before they answer.
In addition, you can switch between the two callers in order to consult with them individually before you decide to end the conversation.
- If you are not on hold on the current call, you can take one of the following actions:

Desk phone—It is necessary to press Transfer.

Conference phone—You can transfer files by pressing the Transfer softkey.
- Please enter the phone number of the other person.
- It is optional for you to wait until the other person answers the phone or until you hear the line ring.
- You will need to press Transfer again to complete the process.
