Troubleshoot device features for Teams on the web
On your device, you may notice that an app doesn’t work with the following features while using Teams in a browser:

Allowing Teams and your browser to access these device features is one common fix.
Allow the app to access your device features
- According to where you are using Teams, do one of the following:
- You can view app permissions by selecting Tab options and then App permissions.
- When prompted, choose App permissions if a dialog asks for device features.
- Activate the relevant device features in the dialog box. When the app wants to use your camera, toggle Media on.
- Apply the changes by closing the dialog and selecting Refresh now.
