Troubleshooting Common Call Feature Issues in Cisco Jabber – Webex
Problems with the call features of Cisco Jabber.
It seems like some of my calling functions are malfunctioning.
If you have the native phone application set to open automatically, there is a possibility that you will experience problems with the calling functions of Cisco Jabber for Android.
To avoid these issues:
- Tap the Settings app when you’re on the home screen of your Android device.
- Select either the Apps tab or the App management tab.
- Swipe left to get a list of all the apps that are currently installed.
- Scroll all the way down and tap the symbol for the Phone app.
- Check to see that the option to Launch by Default is turned off.
