Unable to synchronize Zoom Webinars attendees to Salesforce
Ensure that the Zoom account of the user has the BAA security disabled. A security feature called BAA prevents the sync of data between devices.
Unable to install the app
If the app can’t be installed because the fields used by Zoom are encrypted with probabilistic encryption, then the app will not be installed. Please ensure that your contact and lead fields are encrypted with deterministic algorithms in order to enable successful app installation.

Go to the Scheduled Jobs page and click on it.

Make sure the settings for Email Deliverability are set to All Mail in your email account.
Error: Your email is not a valid Zoom User
Check that the email address on the Salesforce user account matches the email address on the Zoom account.
The Start a Meeting button in Salesforce is not working
Depending on your Salesforce administrator, your user may have been assigned two different types of records.

Click on the Events tab in the Object Settings window.

I am unable to create a Zoom Meeting or Zoom Webinars from Salesforce

Make sure you are logged into the Zoom web portal as an administrator.

Click Account Management from the navigation menu, and then click Account Settings from the Account Management menu.

Go to the tab called Meetings and click it.

Select Password Requirement from the Security menu, and you will be able to see the checkboxes you selected.

As a safeguard, make sure that the meeting password that you set in Salesforce is in accordance with the Zoom password requirement.
Unable to initiate a direct Zoom call from Salesforce
Zoom Desktop Client is required for Salesforce to work (Windows and MacOS). Zoom Desktop Client must be version 5.2 or higher. The Zoom desktop client needs to be updated to the latest version for you to be able to utilize it.
Add to Webinar (List button) does not work as expected
Clicking Add to Webinar from a contact or lead page in the list view results in a page error when you try to add a contact to the webinar. When a lead or contact’s name is encrypted, this error occurs, which causes the column to be unsortable as a result.
A workaround for this problem would be to add a sortable first column to the contact or lead record, such as the date of the last modification.
