Troubleshooting Webex File Sharing Control Issues

Problems with the control of Webex file sharing can be resolved by troubleshooting it.

If I encounter a problem with download or preview restrictions, how should I troubleshoot it?

In a Webex room, there is a problem where users are unable to download files that have been shared.

To Troubleshoot this issue:

  • The Cisco Webex Control Hub must be configured with the File Sharing Control options in order to work properly. Please refer to the following article for help: Prevent People from Sharing Files with You
