Turn Noise Cancellation On and Off in webex

On the back of the right ear cup of the headphones, there is a Noise Cancellation switch that you can turn on and off. When you turn on your headset, it automatically adjusts to the level of ambient noise in your environment by default. As part of the Cisco Headsets mobile app, you have the option of disabling adaptive noise cancellation and adjusting your own volume of noise cancellation.

• It is possible to turn on noise cancellation by sliding the Noise Cancellation switch to NC to the NCion.

• To turn off noise cancellation, slide the Noise Cancellation switch to the OFF position.
