Turn on Call Waiting in the Calling User Portal-Webex
Call waiting enables you to put an active call on hold so that you can answer a new incoming call at your convenience. If you opt to ignore the new call, it will be sent to your voicemail or to another location that you have selected in advance.
1. Webex Calling may be accessed by going to https://settings.webex.com and selecting it.
2. From the user portal for calling, select the Call Settings option.
3. Toggle the Call Waiting button on.
4. Select the Save option.
