When you turn on the Q&A feature in Slido, that feature will appear as a Q&A panel in the meeting window of your Webex Meetings or Webex Webinars, and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Webex Meetings now offers Slido as part of their feature set. With Webex Webinar version 41.9 and later, you are able to use Slido for up to 10,000 users within a single event. It is possible to create up to 10,000 slide polls, while 5,000 slide quizzes can be created for users with up to 10,000 attendees.

A default setting is to turn off the Q&A feature by default.

  1. Go to Apps > Slido in the meeting or webinar when you are in the middle of it.
  2. Create a new slide or select one from the existing ones.
  3. In order to make the Q&A session live, you need to click on the Q&A tab and then click on Enable Q&A.

If you would like to customize your Q&A session, then you can change the settings in your Q&A session.

The Q&A feature can be turned off by clicking Settings if you don’t want to use it anymore. The Audience Q&A feature can be turned off by choosing Features, toggling it off, and then clicking Save to save the changes.

When the group is not interested in sending any more questions, however, you still want the session to be closed rather than turned off so that the current questions can be posted and discussed.
