Unable to access Cisco Jabber Features
Occasionally, there may be issues with a feature, such as not being able to access your voice messages, for example. This may be caused by a connection issue.
To resolve the issue:

The client consists of a menu icon and a Help button that will show the connection status when you select the Help icon.

Check to see if the Connected status is displayed for each of the servers listed.

Select Options to verify the account settings if any of the servers with the Connected status aren’t shown with the Connected status. Open the Accounts tab on the left side of the screen.

The username should be entered correctly and the system credentials should be entered again, then select Apply after you have done so.

Please notify your system administrator if the issue persists by selecting Server settings >> to verify your server addresses. If the issue persists, please select Server settings >> to verify your server addresses and report the problem to them.
