Unable to Edit the Country/Region Code for My Phone Numbers on the Preferences Screen – Webex
Site Administrators only
To enable global call-back for a host account, the following steps must be taken:
1 Enter your credentials to access the Webex Meetings Site Administration.
2 On the page under “Site Information,” confirm that there is a checkmark in the box to the left of “Global call-back teleconferencing:

3 Navigate to the User Management > Edit User menu option.
4 Followed by clicking on the Search button, the Username: or Email: field is where you should enter your search parameters.
5 To make changes to an existing account, click the account’s name in the list.
6 Continue scrolling down until you reach the section labeled “Telephony privilege:.”
7 Simply checking the “Global call-back teleconferencing” box will activate call-back’s ability to dial international lines.
8 After you have reached the bottom of the page, click the Update button.
