Unable to Schedule Meetings after Upgrading to a Paid Plan – Webex
Meetings are unable to be scheduled after upgrading to a premium plan.
Once you upgrade to a subscription plan, the record option is no longer available.
Error: Your account does not have host access for this service. Please contact support for assistance.
After switching to a premium plan, you are unable to access your account.
Solution:
From the admin page, you may assign users the PRO Meeting privilege:
- Go to the Users section in the customer view of https://admin.webex.com, and then choose the user for whom you wish to enable the feature.
- Choose the Meetings option from the drop-down menu.
- Pick a name for your website.

- Choose the Webex site that corresponds to the user’s Personal Room.
- Make sure that the box labeled “Pro Meeting” is checked off under Webex Meetings.
