Understanding Zoom Events expo
Expo is a tool at the disposal of event organizers that enables them to set up a virtual exhibition that allows attendees to discover more about the products and services of other exhibitors and booths through a virtual exhibition.
There will be a virtual floor on the Expo floor that will allow attendees to explore and network just as they would do in person. If you attend the Expo floor, you will have the opportunity to interact with other attendees, learn about new products, and network with exhibitors.

Do I need to pay extra for the expo feature?
It is not. When you have a Zoom Events license, you can use Expo as an optional feature that is available to you.
Are there any additional restrictions on using expo?
There are the same restrictions that apply to Zoom Events as well, as expo is one of the features that is part of Zoom Events.
How many users can be in expo at any given time?
In terms of the number of concurrent users on the expo floor per event, Expo supports up to 1,500 concurrent users. When the expo floor reaches capacity, Zoom Events users will be shown a message telling them that it is full.
What are spaces? How many are available for my booth?
The different spaces within a booth are where the different sessions take place. In general, a booth can have a maximum of four spaces, depending on the level of sponsorship. A representative from each booth (non-sponsored) and a representative from the sponsor’s booth (sponsored) will conduct their respective sessions before attendees are allowed to join.
What is chat in expo?
Expo chat allows attendees to interact with one another on the expo floor, sponsors, speakers, booth owners, and other special role users within the expo booth, as well as with sponsors, speakers, and other special role users. The Zoom Chat feature must be enabled for your account in order to use it as an attendee. If your account admin does not have it enabled, you will not be able to use it.
It is possible to initiate a 1:1 chat with a user as long as they are participating in Expo and open to networking (which in turn means they are open to chatting with other users).
What are Booth Resources?
During the booth event, attendees can access booth resources to learn more about the company, its products, and services as well as view information about the company’s products and services. As well as viewing and downloading PDF files, attendees will be able to view videos and images.
How do I know when expo is closing?
In order to inform all users of the closing of the expo, a system notification will appear at the top of the page. In the event that the expo is about to close, there are several notifications that will appear:

A notification will appear when 30 minutes remain before the end of the expo.
-
An additional notification is displayed when there are five minutes left until the end of the expo.
