Upgrade Multiple Webex Sites for Customers with Batch Site Upgrade in Control Hub
In the Cisco Webex Control Hub you can upload a CSV file to upgrade all the Webex sites under your customer’s account at once, if your customer has a lot of Webex sites that you want to upgrade.
Schedule Upgrade
There is a limit of 150 Webex sites that can be upgraded with one CSV file. The following sites can be scheduled for batch upgrades:

An active license is required for Webex sites.

It is possible to sign up for a Webex site that is not a trial site.

It is your responsibility to manage the Webex sites that your customers use.
Using the History tab, you can change the status of the batch site upgrade that has been scheduled. You will also be able to download a report of the batch site upgrade that has completed.
Schedule a batch site upgrade
Upgrades to the site version cannot be rolled back.
It is possible to perform batch site upgrades in the partner view at https://admin.webex.com by selecting Services and then Meeting under Meeting.

Now it is time for the Webex sites to be upgraded immediately.

There will be a future time when a batch site upgrade will be scheduled. The upgrade will begin at the time that you specify in the selection of the date and time that you want it to start.
If you want to upgrade your Webex sites, you need to upload a CSV file with a list of them.
If you want to make sure that your CSV file has the correct names of the Webex sites, you can click Validate Sites.
You will need to select Schedule Upgrade from the drop down menu.
History
You will be able to view a detailed listing of all the batch site upgrades scheduled for your customers on this page. During a batch site upgrade, a list is displayed that shows which user started the upgrade, when the site upgrade was initiated and when it was ended, and what actions can be performed during the upgrade.
View the Status of a Batch Site Upgrade
Depending on when you scheduled the batch site upgrade, you will be able to view the status of that upgrade at any time.
- You can find more information about site upgrades in the partner view of http://admin.webex.com by going to Services, then selecting Meeting from the bottom menu.
- It is possible to check the status of a batch site upgrade under the Status section.
Download a Report of a Batch Site Upgrade
There is a report that provides you with information on the status of all the Webex sites that are in the process of being upgraded in a batch.
- You can find more information about site upgrades in the partner view of http://admin.webex.com by going to Services, then selecting Meeting from the bottom menu.
- The report can be downloaded by clicking the download button next to the batch site upgrade that you wish to view in the Actions section.
Cancel a Scheduled Batch Site Upgrade
Only scheduled batch site upgrades that haven’t already started can be canceled once they have been started.
- Under Meeting, select Site Upgrade History in a partner view of https://admin.webex.com, and then go to the Services section under this.
- Located under Actions, you will find a cancel button which can be used to cancel a scheduled batch site upgrade.
