Upgrade your headset on Cisco Accessory Hub in webex
On the Cisco Accessory Hub, you can upgrade the Cisco 500 Series Headset, Cisco Headset 730, and the Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter for your Cisco Headset.
You can update and check the firmware of your headset using Cisco Accessory Hub via your web browser, which is available for free. When a newer version of firmware is available for your headset, it will automatically check and let you know when it is available for your headset.
There are several headsets that can be upgraded through Accessory Hub, including:
-
Headsets from the Cisco 320 series
-
Series 520 and 530 of Cisco Headsets
-
Series 560 of Cisco Headsets
-
Headset Cisco 730 (Cisco Headsets)
-
Cisco 980 by Bang & Olufsen
-

The older firmware version can also be uploaded from the desktop of your PC. From the Cisco Software Download page, you can download the zipped firmware files and extract the files that are named .ptc from them. Each headset model is matched to a .ptc file by name.
