Upgrading the Zoom app for Salesforce

To get the latest features and functionalities that are available with Zoom for Salesforce, you can upgrade the app.

How to check the Zoom app version number

  1. Make sure that you are logged into your Salesforce account.

  2. Click on Setup and then click on Installed Packages
    There will be a version number displayed in the Zoom app.

  3. It is important to compare the version number of the Zoom App installed on your device with the version listed on the App Exchange. There is a section in the Additional Information section where you can find the current version number.

How to upgrade the Zoom app

  1. You can download Zoom from the App Exchange by clicking here.

  2. You can get it now by clicking the Get It Now button.

  3. Follow the steps in the installation process to complete the installation.
    Note: You can use this option if you wanted to install the app for all users after having previously installed it for admins only, if you would like to install the app for all users after you have installed it for administrators only.
