Upload an image, message, and music for your practice session in Webex Webinars
Upload an image
You have the ability to upload a picture for guests to view while the practice session is taking place if you are the host or cohost of a webinar. This image may be the agenda for the webinar, an image of the firm, or a QR code for Slido polling. You also have the option of selecting an image from the collection.
You are limited to uploading a single file with a maximum size of 1 megabyte (MB), and the name of that file cannot contain any double-byte characters (such as those used in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean languages) or special characters (such as “,, /,:, ; *,?,, >, |, #).
Supported file types are .jpg, .png, .gif, and .svg.
1 After you have scheduled a webinar, navigate to the Attendee view during the practice session and click the Edit button.
You also have the option of choosing your webinar from the list located under Calendar.
