Use Bluetooth With Your Cisco Headset 560 Multibase- Webex
Any Bluetooth call device can be connected to your multibase if you so choose.
Connect the Multibase to a Bluetooth Device
The Cisco Headset 560 Series Multibase has the capability to connect to Bluetooth devices like mobile phones and tablets. Your call device will display the words “Cisco Headset” followed by the final three digits of your headset’s serial number when you look at the “headset base.”
You should be able to locate the serial number for your headset on the bottom right corner of the underside of your base.
The multibase has the capacity to hold up to four separate Bluetooth devices that have been linked. In the event that you already have four devices coupled, the base will take the place of the one that has not been used for the lengthiest period of time.
1. To begin pairing, first press the Bluetooth button that is located on the back of the base twice.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu on your device and select your headset from there.
When successfully paired, the Bluetooth LED will illuminate in a white color.
Turn Bluetooth On and Off with the Multibase
Your multibase will remember the most recent device that was connected to it. When you turn off Bluetooth on the multibase, the connection that was previously established with the device is severed. As soon as you turn Bluetooth back on, the base will attempt to establish a connection with the device.
You may toggle Bluetooth on or off by pressing the button once, which is located on the back of the base.
Erase All Bluetooth Pairings
You have the option to delete all saved pairings for Bluetooth devices.
To erase the memory of the multibase, locate the Bluetooth button on the back of the device and press and hold it for four seconds.
