Use the whiteboard in meetings – Webex
On an endless canvas, everybody in a meeting has the ability to start a whiteboard and begin two-way collaboration across a variety of video system devices and Webex App participants using a whiteboard.
These capabilities are available on devices in the Board Series and Desk Series. Webex devices that are part of the DX Series are not supported. When another participant in a meeting shares a whiteboard with the DX device, the DX device obtains a view of the whiteboard that is unidirectional and does not allow for interaction. Despite this, it is still feasible to build whiteboards with the devices in the DX Series using a reduced number of tools and share these whiteboards in meetings.
In place of establishing a whiteboard, you might potentially annotate papers that are being shared among attendees throughout the meeting.
Start and share a whiteboard in a meeting
Whiteboards are communal spaces, so anyone in the meeting can start one and contribute to it. There is only room for a single whiteboard to be open at any given moment.
To begin a new whiteboard, first click More options from the drop-down menu.
