In Control Hub, you might want to try the following:
- Visit the Services section of the customer view on https://admin.webex.com, and while there, click the View all link located under the Resources section of the Hybrid Calendar card.
- Find the Expressway-C node that hosts the connector and the calendar connector that is associated with it.
- If the node is seen to be offline, you should delete it.
- In the event that the node is not displayed or is not offline, you can create a case by clicking your administrator login and then clicking Feedback.
