Using Marketplace for phone provider exchange in Zoom
Zoom Phone offers an easy way to bring your own carrier (BYOC) to Zoom Phone with carrier integration in the Marketplace. With the ability to mix and match multiple providers, you can easily find your preferred service provider and connect with them easily.

How to locate available carriers

Visit the Zoom Marketplace and sign in to your account.

Select the Carrier category from the Categories column at the top of the page.
The list of available carriers will appear as soon as you click on it -
Choosing a carrier is as simple as clicking on it.

In order to authorize your account to be used by the carrier, you must select Install.

Sign into the Zoom web portal once the Provider Exchange feature has been enabled.

Select the Phone System Management option from the navigation menu, then click the Provider Exchange option.
All providers that are available will be listed on the Provider Exchange page. -
In the search box, you may filter your providers by country or region, or use the search box to type the name of your provider.
How to assign a provider’s phone number to Zoom

The easiest way to find available carriers is to locate your provider.

Please click the Connect button on the far right of the name of your provider.
Please click on the link below to be redirected to your provider’s mobile website -
The phone number you wish to use with Zoom can be found in the provider’s portal.

Zoom should be assigned the phone number.
How to view the list of your provider’s phone numbers in your Zoom account

The Zoom web portal can be accessed by logging into your Zoom account.

Click on Phone System Management from the navigation menu, and then click on Phone Numbers from the list of options.

Choose the Provider Exchange tab on the left side of the screen.
You will be provided with a list of your provider’s phone numbers. If you have multiple providers, you can filter the list by provider by clicking on the filter icon.
