How to configure the MDM profile for Zoom Rooms with macOS Mojave
With Privacy Service Dictionary Keys, you can authorize access to a profile, but you cannot authorize access to the system’s camera or microphone. Alternatively, if you configure the “SystemPolicyAllFiles” key for Zoom Room, the application will be able to access all your protected files and will be able to use your camera and microphone.
- Create a custom profile in your MDM service by opening it.
- For an example of the XML needed for the profile, you are welcome to look at the attached .plist file at the bottom of this page.
- Using the MDM server, deliver the profile to the device.
- By navigating to System Preferences, you can check the status of your Mac profile by selecting Profiles.
