Using Personal Meeting ID (PMI) in zoom App
You can access your Personal Meeting Room through your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) or personal link, if applicable, by entering your PMI or personal link, respectively. In order to start a meeting using your PMI, you can either start an instant meeting or you can schedule one using your PMI.
If you meet with people on a regular basis, your Personal Meeting Room can be a very useful place for you to meet with them. The disadvantage of this application is that since it is always accessible using the same Meeting ID and personal link, it shouldn’t be used for back-to-back meetings or to correspond with people you don’t meet with frequently. When participants get the link to your PMI, they will be able to join the meeting whenever it is in use, as long as the meeting is not locked or you use the waiting room feature to accept participants one by one.
