Using the Zoom chat integration for Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud notifications are sent to Zoom chat channels when you use the Zoom chat app for Adobe Creative Cloud.
Prerequisites for using the Zoom app for Creative Cloud

In the Zoom Marketplace, the Adobe Creative Cloud chat app has been approved for pre-approval

Please contact your Zoom administrator if your app has not been pre-approved.

It is important to note that this chat application is only compatible with Mac versions 4.6.2 and above.
How to add and configure
Add the integration from Zoom Marketplace

In order to access the Zoom Marketplace, you will need to log in to your Zoom account as an administrator.

Click on the Adobe Creative Cloud app when you search for it in the app store.

It is recommended to pre-approve the app if it has not been pre-approved yet.

Please click on Add, confirm the permissions of the app, and then select Authorize.

Upon successful signing up, you’ll receive a success page. The Zoom chat app will be added to your Zoom account, and it will be available to all users with a Zoom account. Zoom’s client will appear in the APPS section of its interface when an Adobe Creative Cloud chat application is installed.

After you have verified your Adobe Creative Cloud account with Zoom, you will be taken to the next step.
Connect and configure the Adobe Creative Cloud chat app

Then, you should access the 1:1 Adobe Creative Cloud app channel in Zoom’s chat client after you have added the Adobe Creative Cloud app from the Zoom Marketplace.

The command “connect” needs to be entered.

As soon as you send the chat app to Adobe Creative Cloud, you will receive a message from Adobe containing a link to authenticate your account.

You will be directed to the Adobe Creative Cloud Authorization page once you click the link.

You will see a success message in Zoom chat when you complete the authorization process and see a success page on the web.

When a user uses the configure command in Zoom IM, he or she can set up notifications to a specific chat channel in Zoom IM.

The command will be executed after you type /acc from a group channel

Configure

Configure Zoom chat channels to receive Adobe Creative Cloud notifications by issuing the configure command.

The Zoom chat channels will receive notifications once they have been configured so that they can receive new messages. If you would like to receive notifications about the following events, you can subscribe to them:
Asset Created: IThis includes the Asset Name, Path, and Format information for the asset. Asset Updated: It includes the asset name, the path, and the format for the asset. This file is triggered when a new version of an asset is added to the Updated menu. Asset Deleted: The asset name is included, as well as the format. In order to trigger this action, the asset must be permanently deleted. In order to permanently delete an asset, you first have to delete it, then navigate to the Deleted directory, and then click on the Permanently Deleted asset. Directory Created: The path to the directory as well as the name of the directory are included.
When an event happens on Adobe Creative Cloud, a notification appears in the Zoom client to let you know it has happened. It appears as follows when a notification is sent for an asset that has been created:
Instant meetings

Create an instant Zoom meeting by issuing the meet command, and you’ll get a link to join the Zoom meeting as soon as it’s created.

Upon launching the Zoom Client, the meeting will appear in the Meetings tab on the left hand side of the window.

How to remove the Adobe Creative Cloud chat app

The Zoom Marketplace can be accessed by logging into your Zoom account and selecting the Marketplace tab.

Adobe Creative Cloud can be found by searching the web

If you click on the app, you will be able to navigate to the Manage section and then click the Added Apps tab.

Remove Adobe Creative Cloud from the list by clicking the Remove button next to it.

Click the Remove button after you have confirmed the dialogue box.

Under your Zoom account, you will be able to view the channels that the Zoom user has subscribed to.

Within the Zoom account, you will be able to view the details of existing meetings created by Zoom users.

Under the Zoom account, you can view all the information about a Zoom user.

If your Zoom account has an IM channel or users under the Zoom account, you can send a chat message to them.

Using your Zoom account, you have the ability to create Zoom meetings for any Zoom user that you are associated with.
