View Device Details for Your Webex Share

You can access the device information page on your device if you are attempting to diagnose an issue on your device. On the device information page, the IP address, firmware load, and MAC address of your device are displayed, as well as an indication of whether or not your device has been registered.

1 While the Webex Share is still in a functioning state, press the button labeled “Reset.”

2 To return to the home screen, you must press the reset button once again.
