View device statuses on Control Hub in webex
On the Control Hub, you will be able to search, list, and display the status values of any specific device that you select.
The status of the device gives an indication of what’s happening with the connection, inputs, and outputs of the device at the moment.
On the details page of the device, you will also have the option to select six different statuses to display. As a result, these favorites are connected to the Control Hub user, and each device in the organization has access to the same device statuses and information.

Control Hub’s status bar displays RoomOS v10.12.1.4 or RoomOS v9.15.11.7 status updates for devices running RoomOS v10.12.1.4 and later.
View statuses
- You can select an appropriate device from the Devices section on the customer’s view on https://admin.webex.com.
- To view the status page for the device on the Statuses Overview page, click View all statuses at the bottom of the page.
You can search or browse the statuses on this page in order to find the one you’re looking for.
Add statuses to device details page
You can edit or add statuses on the details page of the device by going to Devices and selecting a device. The cogwheel icon can be found under the Status Overview section.
The statuses you are interested in can be browsed or searched for based on your interests. You can add any of these favorites to your favorite list with a click on +Add.
