View reports on your Webex site
It is possible to download reports that contain information on the usage, recordings, attendance, and the registration of your account.
If you have hosted any meetings, webinars, events or sessions on your site, you can generate reports that provide you with information about everything that occurred during the events.
- The first thing that you need to do is sign in to your Webex site and then click on My reports from the upper right corner of the page.
You may not be able to access My reports on your site depending on your Webex plan.
- You can generate a report by selecting one of the options listed below.

All Services
The exported report contains two entries for participants who have connected to audio. In the first entry, you can find information about the participant, such as whether they have been invited to the meeting or if they have already registered. In the Audio Type column of the second entry, there is a description of the audio connection type.
It will appear for each of the audio connections that a participant has if they joined with more than one audio connection or changed their connection.

How do I view Webex reports?
After you sign in to your Webex account, you will be prompted to select My reports from the menu on the upper right hand side of the screen.
