View Your Cisco Webex Site Maximum Participant Limits in Cisco Webex Control Hub

Using Cisco Webex Control Hub, administrators are able to view the limit on the number of participants for each service on a Webex site that is managed by the Cisco service.

There is an additional 25 participants allowed when using Cisco Webex video platform version 1.0, over and above the stated maximum number of participants. Users of version 2.0 of the video platform do not have to worry about exceeding the limit of the number of participants.

  1. In the customer view of https://admin.webex.com, select Sites from the Meetings menu. In the Meetings menu, select Clients from the Customer view.
  2. To change the settings for a Webex site, select the site you wish to edit, and click the Configure Site button.
  3. To see the types of services available and the limitations applicable to participants, select the Site Information tab under Common Settings.
