Viewing closed captioning/live transcription in zoom App
Overview
Zoom offers a variety of options for creating closed captions for meetings and webinars attended, so you can follow the spoken communication in a meeting. In this way, participants can follow the conversation easily or meet accessibility requirements.
Zoom’s live transcription feature can automatically provide captions when an opportunity arises for Zoom’s users to watch manual captions, closed captions provided by an integrated third-party service or closed captions provided by an integrated third-party service. In addition to these options, webinars can also use manual captioning, although manual captioning needs to be provided either by the host or one of the panelists. Zoom Rooms are also accessible with any of the above captioning options.
In order to learn more about how to enable and use closed captioning or live transcription on your site as a host, please refer to the administrator guide.
