Site administrators can generate Remote Access usage and tracking data for their site.
- After logging in to the Webex Site Administration and navigating to the Reports > Remote Access menu, you can pick from among the following reports:
- Utilization Report—Computer
- Utilization Report—Customer Service Requests
- Tracking Report—Computer 2
2.After you have specified the search parameters, click the Display Report button.
