Viewing your invoice history in zoom App
Overview
In your Zoom account, you can find a history of your invoices. Account owners, administrators, or roles with billing permissions must be logged in.

Viewing your invoice history
- To access the Zoom web portal, you will need to sign in.
- To do so, click on Account Management then select Billing from the navigation menu.
- From there, select the Invoice History tab.
- Once you have selected the tab, click Print to view and download the PDF file.
Invoice statuses
In the Invoice History tab, you’ll see the following statuses.
- Open:
- The invoice has not been paid.
- Collected:
- I have processed the payment and paid the invoice.
Archived invoices
You may have archived invoices in your Zoom account if you have been a customer since 2015. You can still access these invoices for your records as they are from the old billing system. At the top of the page, you should see a link that says “This page contains all past invoices.”. If you click the link, you will be able to view the invoices from the previous three years.
