Webex App Add Your Google Drive Account

The Webex App space provides you with an easy way to work on your shared project documents when you are working on a project with other people. If you add your Google Drive account, then you will be able to share your files directly within your storage space as soon as you add it. Webex App provides you with the ability to access enterprise content management within your company using access given by your administrator.

Windows
  1. Select Settings > Integrations from your profile picture, click Add account, and then select your account from the drop down list.
  2. Connect your Google Drive account with your Google account information and you will be able to access your files.
  3. After that, click on the Allow button. 

Google Drive can be restricted by your administrator if you do not wish to be able to use the account that you use to sign in. Please contact your administrator if you receive an access error when attempting to access your account.

Mac
  1. Select Preferences > Integrations from your profile picture, and then click Add account at the bottom of the page to add your account.
  2. If you do not already have a Google Drive account, you will need to connect it to your Google Drive account.
  3. After that, click on the Allow button.

If you have admin rights on your Google Drive account, they can restrict which account you can use to access it. You may need to contact your administrator if you receive an error message stating that your account information cannot be accessed.

Mobile
  1. Using the button next to your profile picture, choose Settings > Integrations and add the account to your profile.
  2. Connect to your account by entering your account information and connecting to your account.
  3. Then you will need to grant Google Drive access to your account.

Google Drive can be restricted by your administrator if you do not wish to be able to use the account that you use to sign in. Contact your administrator if you receive an access error message. If the error message is not resolved, contact your administrator.
