A person’s ability to see you is crucial when you are on the phone or during a meeting. There is a possibility however that your video might not be able to be seen clearly depending on the lighting around you. When watching a video in a dark setting it is a good idea to adjust the brightness settings, while in a bright setting the brightness should be adjusted.

- In the Settings tab, click on the Video link under your profile picture. Next, click the Video adjustment check box under the Video tab.
- It is possible to adjust the video automatically or manually as follows:

Automatic—You can control the brightness, contrast, and color saturation of your video in different lighting situations by using an app that adjusts the brightness, contrast, and color saturation of the video.

Manual—Using the sliders for Brightness, Contrast, and Color Saturation, you are able to make adjustments to the picture in order to make it look better.
With the current settings, you can preview your video in the preview window to see what it will look like on the screen.
