Webex App | Change the Color Theme

It is possible for you to choose a different color theme when using the Webex App to make it more personal to you. Depending on the chosen theme, the app’s appearance is completely changed as a result of the different color palettes used.

You may have a color theme that has been designed by your service provider if you subscribe to Webex through your service provider. Your provider’s customer support team will be able to assist you with any questions you may have.

Windows

1. You can change the appearance of your profile picture by clicking on it and choosing Settings > Appearance.
2. Click on the theme you would like to use and then click on Save.
3. Restart Webex and the changes will be applied now, or choose Later to apply the changes next time you open Webex to apply the changes when you open the application.

In Webex App, this setting will be automatically picked up when you set the high contrast setting for your OS, which will display the high contrast color palette you’ve selected. By selecting a different theme from the list of available themes, you will be able to take the app out of high contrast.

The last theme that you had selected before enabling your OS high contrast setting will be remembered by the app if you restart or exit the app.
