Webex App | Choose a ringtone for incoming calls

Inside the application itself is where you’ll find a directory of ringtones. Choose your favorite. If you would rather not have a ringtone at all, you have that option as well.

Windows 

1. After clicking the picture of your profile, navigate to the Settings menu and select Notifications.

2. Scroll down until you find Calls, select a ringtone from the list of available options, and then click Save.

If there is only one ringtone selection on the list, it indicates that you only have one phone line. You will be able to see all of your lines (only if you have Unified CM), and you will have the option to select a unique ringtone for each one.

Mac

1. Click your profile image, then navigate to Preferences > Notifications.

2. Select an option from the Call Notification Sound list after you’ve navigated to Direct Calls.

If you only see one ringtone list, you only have one phone line. If you have multiple lines (Unified CM only), you will be able to select ringtones for each of them.
