Webex App Download the Desktop or Mobile App

The Webex App is available for download on desktop computers, mobile devices, and web browsers. Installing it on a number of different devices will allow you to move between them without any effort, as the software will instantly recognise which device you are using. The fact that everything is saved in the cloud ensures that your content is always up to date.

You can get WebEx for Windows, Mac, iOS (iPhone, iPad), and Android by going to https://www.webex.com/downloads.html. To access the Webex App for the Web, go to https://web.webex.com/.

Windows 10 or a later version is required in order to use the Webex App for Windows. You have the option of installing the software in either 32-bit or 64-bit mode; check your system type to determine which installation mode you are required to use:

To determine which installation to use, it is necessary to first examine the type of system you have:
Launch the System Preferences panel.

Choose the System option.

Choose the About tab.

Determine whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system by looking at the System type setting in the Control Panel.

You need to be running macOS 10.13 or later in order to use the Webex App for Mac. You also have the option of installing Webex App on either an Intel-based Mac OS or an Apple-based Mac OS M1 chip.

Launch the menu for the Apple.

Click the About This Mac button.

Check to see if Intel or Apple is listed as the manufacturer under the Overview page by looking for Processor or Chip.
