Webex App Join a meeting from your meetings list
You can join a meeting at the appointed time by selecting the meeting from the list of meetings in your calendar.
- Attend the Meetings!
- Simply clicking on a gathering on the list will reveal its specifics. Viewing your forthcoming meetings will provide you with further details regarding your meeting list.
When you use the Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar Service, meetings planned on your Microsoft Exchange calendar, Microsoft 365 calendar, or Google Calendar for G Suite display alongside those scheduled on your Webex site. This is in addition to the meetings you schedule directly through Webex.
- To join your meeting, click the Join button located in the meeting information.
The Join option will become available five minutes before the event is due to begin.
- Before you join the meeting, make sure your audio and video settings are how you want them.
- Connecting to a video system only requires five clicks.
- Select the “Join Meeting” button.
Your conference is protected with end-to-end encryption by default.
If you are having problems joining a meeting that is associated with a space, it is possible that the reason for this is due to the fact that the number of individuals who are permitted to join can change based on the account type of the person who created the meeting that is associated with the space. Meeting capabilities and meeting sponsors are both good places to go for additional information.

If you are utilising the Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar Service, then meetings from your Microsoft Exchange calendar, Microsoft 365 calendar, or Google Calendar for G Suite appear in addition to meetings planned from your Webex site. - If you are prompted to do so, click the Open Cisco Webex Meetings button.
You can also join from your browser by selecting Join from your browser and following the on-screen instructions.
- Before you join the meeting, make sure your audio and video settings are how you want them.
It is possible that you will be prompted to give your browser permission to use your camera and microphone if you join from within a browser.
- Select either Join or Join meeting from the menu.
