Webex App | Park and retrieve calls

• Click More, then select Park from the menu while you are on a telephone call.

A parked number appears on the screen and the call is put on hold.

• One of two methods can be used to retrieve the call:

• To retrieve a parked call, you will need to click the Retrieve button at the bottom of the call window. From a mobile application or another device, if you wish to retrieve the call from the parked number, you can dial it directly from there.

• The parked number can be shared with others so that someone else can retrieve the call by dialing the number from another device.

• The next time you’re on a phone call, select More, then select Park when you’re on the call.

• In order to retrieve a call that you have parked, you simply need to click Retrieve at the bottom of your call window. A parked number can also be called from a desktop app or a different device if you want to retrieve a call from there.

• Having the parked number shared with others will enable them to retrieve the call from another device from their own device by dialing that parked number.

• You can select the option of Group Park while you are on a phone call by clicking More and then selecting it.

There is a delay in the call and the extension of the parked call is displayed at the end of the call.

The recover button at the bottom of your call window is the one you should click in case you accidentally parked a call and you want to retrieve it yourself. There is only a time limit of 10 seconds for you to make a call.

• Upon sharing the extension with the individual who needs to retrieve the call, they can click the Retrieve Call option found in their app footer and enter the extension they would like to retrieve the call from.

The call will be returned to you if it is not retrieved within a certain amount of time after it has been parked.

• If you are on a phone call, tap More, select Park, and then you are able to continue your call.

There is a hold placed on the call, and the extension of the parked call can be seen.

There is a green Retrieve button located at the bottom of your call window if you parked a call by accident and would like to retrieve it yourself. It can be found at the bottom of your call window. It is only possible to make a call for a maximum of 10 seconds during your call window.

• To retrieve the parked call, share the extension number with the person who needs to retrieve the call. Simply go to the page, click Retrieve Call, and then type in the extension number for the parked call.

It is possible for a call to be returned to you if the call is not picked up within a certain amount of time after you have parked it.
